Built in Canada, for Canadians, PC Chat^TM is grounded in more than 1,000 Canadian clinical sources and its approach is informed by Canadian medical expertise.

The tool was also designed with privacy and safety at its core. You remain in control of your information, you decide what to share, and your data stays in Canada, protected by Canadian privacy laws.

For a more tailored experience, PC Chat^TM can be personalized. By connecting your digital pharmacy profile, the tool has more context about your health history and can make responses more relevant to your individual needs and circumstances, and direct you to appropriate care, via your local Shoppers Drug Mart^® or Loblaw Pharmacy, when needed.

The new chat feature is available now through the PC Health and Shoppers Drug Mart apps and websites in all provinces except New Brunswick and Quebec, with expansion planned across Canada in the coming weeks.
